Do you charge taxes?

Please note a tax may be added to your purchase at the time of checkout.

When you are ready to purchase and the payment information is filled in within the cart (either through the quick cart option or within full cart option), you will see a tax applied at the bottom next to the total for the purchase (if applicable).

If you or your company is a tax exempt purchaser not located in the United States, you will see an option appear on the left hand side across from the cart total "Do you have a VAT/GST number?". If you provide a valid VAT/GST number in this field, this will update your cart to reflect $0 for taxes applied. If you encounter any issues with applying the VAT/GST number, please contact our support team for further assistance.

 If you or your company is a tax exempt purchaser located in the United States, you will need to contact our support team for further assistance for validating the tax ID for the purchase.


You will be required to
file for a refund through your tax governance if required. Please note refunds requested for tax cannot be provided from our end at this time.

If you are not ready to make a purchase with TurboSquid, however would like to provide your VAT/GST number for a future purchase, please navigate to the Account dropdown and select the “My Account” page (https://www.turbosquid.com/MemberInfo/Index.cfm). Under the “Member Information” section, you can add the VAT/GST number and select “Update VAT/GST”. Please note to check your cart before placing an order to make sure the number is valid.
