How do I request a price match?

Just contact our support team and provide links to the product from TurboSquid and from the other site. If you haven’t purchased the model yet, one of our agents will match the price for you. If you have already purchased the model, an agent will offer a price adjustment as long as you contact us within 3 days of your purchase.

What are the qualifications for price matching?

• The models on both marketplaces must be identical.
• The list price on both marketplaces must differ. Items that are priced lower because of a site sale or any other site promotion that results in a lower price are not eligible for price-matching.
• Models purchased directly from an artist either through an artist’s website or through direct communication with an artist are not eligible for price-matching.
• For purchases you’ve already completed, you must make a price match request no more than 3 days after purchase.
