How do I suspend an authorized member on my Enterprise Account?

  1. Go to the 'View and Authorize Members' in the Corporate Supervisor's page
  2. Select from any authorized members the 'Edit' button
  3. Change the 'Member Status' pulldown from Active to Suspended, or Active to Inactive if the employee has left the firm.
  4. Click on the 'Save Changes' button. That member will no longer be able to make purchases (unless you change their status back).
