- Go to the 'View and Authorize Members' in the Corporate Supervisor's page
- Select from any authorized members the 'Edit' button
- Change the 'Member Status' pulldown from Active to Suspended, or Active to Inactive if the employee has left the firm.
- Click on the 'Save Changes' button. That member will no longer be able to make purchases (unless you change their status back).
