My order history says that my order is “Under Review.” What should I do?

If your purchase is “Under Review,” it means that our support team must manually review your order information. A review will take ten to fifteen minutes to complete, but sometimes support will need additional information from you. If your purchase is in review status, please watch your inbox for correspondence from the team.

For your convenience, your order history page will refresh every minute while your order is being reviewed, so you do not need to contact support right away. When it is approved, you will be able to download your purchase. If your order is not approved, you can contact support for more information about why it failed.
