I am unable to download content from an older purchase.

To tighten the security of downloads, we have disabled the ability to download files from purchases older than 30 days. However, you will be allowed to request access using your verified email. Once you have verified your email, you will receive a link that will allow you to download your purchased content for the subsequent 24 hours. Please note that this will not affect downloads of any content you have purchased in the previous 30 days.

You will need request an additional verification link if the 24-hour period has elapsed. However, if you wish to have unlimited access to your downloads, we suggest that you enable 2-Step Verification. This will not only allow you to freely access your old purchases, but it will also add a new layer of security to your account.

If you are still unable to download after using your verification link or after enabling 2-Step Verification, please contact support as there may be another reason for the download issue.
