How do I submit my usage for Ford review?

When you place your Ford model into your cart, you will be presented with a pop-up warning informing you that Ford has specified allowed uses, which include commercial and noncommercial.

You will then be prompted to complete a short form where you will provide your use case; please provide as much information as possible on your intended use as this will expedite the approval process.

I've submitted my purchase for review. What now?

Once you have submitted your information, your Ford purchase(s) will remain in pending status until Ford reviews your use case.

 

How long will approval take?

Responses from Ford usually take up to 24 hours on Monday - Friday. Any use cases submitted on a weekend or holiday will be reviewed by Ford on the next business day.

 

When can I download my Ford purchase?

Should Ford approve your requested use, you will receive an email confirmation and your purchase will be immediately made available to you in your Order History.

 

Ford did not approve my usage. What happens next?

In the event that Ford declines your use, you will receive an email notifying you that your use was declined and that you will be refunded within 2 business days. A support ticket will be created to document this process.

 

I'm not able to wait for Ford to review my usage. What can I do?

If your deadline does not allow you to wait for Ford to review your use case and need a refund, please contact our support team and an agent will be happy to assist you.
