When you provide TurboSquid with an electronic signature, you are acknowledging your liability for the signed electronic communication that you transmit. This liability includes legal acknowledgement of your identity, authorship of the electronic communication, and full adoption of its contents. Like a handwritten signature, an electronic signature is legally binding.

To submit any infringement notifications about products that have been submitted by users to the TurboSquid system, you must use either your electronic or handwritten signature. TurboSquid is not obligated to act upon any notifications that are not compliant with DMCA requirements, including those submitted without a signature.
