If you have a tight deadline on your project the best thing to do is to provide as much information and reference as possible about your project. The longer it takes our representatives to understand your request in the definition phase of the project, the less time we have for actual production. If the project scope changes mid-production because some key information was not passed on to the artist your project will be delayed. Depending on artist availability and project variables, rush orders may be able to be instituted. However that process involves additional fees to accommodate.
