We will work as quickly as possible to contact the author, address technical problems with the file, and attempt to resolve any problems in order to make your purchase satisfactory. Please make sure that you have reviewed our Refund and Return Policy as well.
If the purchase is still unsatisfactory, they can process a return and credit the original sale.
