Often times companies need to be able to purchase using PO numbers and have those PO numbers referenced on invoices.
Corporate Accounts allow a company to have one account while maintaining control over the spending of however many artists and projects are desired.
Some facilities prefer not to share credit cards with employees in order to control spending, and the corporate account option allows an employee to purchase using company funds, without requiring a credit card.
The administrative interface allows the administrator to view all current and past activity on the account, and get a quick snapshot of what has been purchased.
Email notifications to administrators of activity aid in account management.
By combining all purchasing into one monthly payment, project supervisors, artists, and accountants don't have to worry about the paperwork hassles of individual reimbursements.
