If I upload my Revit models and families, what is my liability to customers?

Any file, such as a model or family, downloaded from TurboSquid is provided on an as-is basis. The responsibility for accuracy ultimately belongs to the person using it in a scene. While we strive to ensure models and families are useful, neither the artist nor TurboSquid is liable for any inaccuracies in the downloaded file, such as incorrect structural load information or BIM cost. This is clearly stated in our End User License Agreement (EULA), which every customer agrees to before downloading files at TurboSquid.
