If you have not yet been paid your royalties, keep the following in mind:

  • TurboSquid processes payments on the 15th of the month, but keep in mind that if that day is a holiday or over the weekend, your payment will be processed on the following business day.
  • CHECK YOUR THRESHOLDS: You can  set a minimum amount that must be reached before we can pay you.
  • MAKE SURE ALL  PAYMENT INFO IS UP TO DATE BY THE FIRST BUSINESS DAY OF THE MONTH: If this information is not there or is incorrect, you will not get paid until the following month!
  • We must have the necessary tax documents to process your payment.
  • Your account may be on hold due to problems with your payment info, so again it is very important that you update this information in a timely fashion.
