If you have not yet been paid your royalties, keep the following in mind:
TurboSquid processes payments on the 15th of the month, but keep in mind that if that day is a holiday or over the weekend, your payment will be processed on the following business day.
CHECK YOUR THRESHOLDS: You can set a minimum amount that must be reached before we can pay you.
MAKE SURE ALL PAYMENT INFO IS UP TO DATE BY THE FIRST BUSINESS DAY OF THE MONTH: If this information is not there or is incorrect, you will not get paid until the following month!
We must have the necessary tax documents to process your payment.
Your account may be on hold due to problems with your payment info, so again it is very important that you update this information in a timely fashion.
