Knowledge Base/Selling: How does it work, and how do I get paid?/Royalty Payments

My Sales page says I've been paid, but I have not gotten the funds.

For checks that you receive via the postal service, first contact your local mail carrier to investigate. If you deem that the check is potentially lost in transit, we can issue you another one, but we will be required to deduct stop-payment fees from your payment. We strongly suggest that if you can use one of the other payment methods that you do so. Payments done by post are very problematic and take the longest to be received by our artists.

For wires, there are often problems with money transferred through wire payments.  If there are any small errors in the information that you provide to us, then the wire can be held-up. Also, we have recently found that banks have been processing wires at a much slower pace. While there are ways to track the funds, there are fees for these services. Again, we ask that you double, or even triple, check that we have all the correct information so that the wire can be processed as quickly as possible.

For PayPal, make sure that we have your correct PayPal address. Check your PayPal account for "pending" transactions or communications from PayPal.
