If you have questions about a particular model, you can contact TurboSquid Support to request more information about a model. Sometimes, depending on the product and format, a conversion is difficult or impossible.  A support agent will be happy to assist you and to help you find a product that will work best for your project..

Most conversions can be done free of charge within 24 hours. Please note that there are some limitations to our free conversion services:

• Free models and model collections are not eligible for free conversion services .
• Rendering consists of transferring a 3d mesh to a 2d image.  This is a different process from conversion and is not provided through our free conversion service.
• In order to meet the needs of all members, we must limit members to 5 models per week.  If you need additional conversions, please contact a support agent for alternate options.
• If you are working on a tight deadline, please note that we convert models on a first come, first serve basis and work through our queue as quickly as possible.  It is very helpful if you can let us know your deadline upon submitting your request so that we can prioritize requests.

When you contact us, we will determine the level of complexity of the conversion. If the conversion is a large project, we will let you know in advance what fees might be involved.
