We are dedicated to helping our members get the right product for their project and our Help & Support team can assist with most file format conversions.

If you have questions about a particular model, you should contact TurboSquid Help & Support  prior to purchase to make sure the conversion is possible. Sometimes, depending on the product and format, a conversion is difficult or impossible.  A Help & Support representative can help you make sure that a model will convert properly before you are committed through payment.

Most conversions can be done free of charge within 24 hours. Although, PLEASE NOTE:

• Free models and model collections are NOT ELIGIBLE for free conversion services .
• Rendering consists of transferring a 3d mesh to a 2d image.  This is a different process from conversion and is NOT provided through our free conversion services.
• In order to meet the needs of all members, we must limit members to 5 conversion requests ( please do not try to get around this through multiple purchases or by using more than one account)  
• If you are working to a deadline we convert models on a first come, first serve basis and work through our queue as quickly as possible, so it is very helpful if you can let us know that deadline upon submitting your request.

When you contact us, we will determine the level of complexity of the conversion. If the conversion is a large project, we will let you know in advance what fees might be involved. Again, we encourage you to contact us prior to purchase so we can help you to make the best decision.
